From Pastor’s Desk Part 3

Summary

In the rest of this series (see Facebook page FtPD Ep. 1-11) I talk about the power of God that is available to you in and through Jesus Christ His Son. 

The first Adam sinned; Christ the second adam brought life and light.

1 Corinthians 15:45,47 KJV

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.                                                                                                                                                           47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.

That’s a supernatural mone toward us on God’s part. When I speak of a supernaturally arranged success in life, I want you to understand that it is not automatic. You have an important part to play.

Jesus came in the flesh, lived, died, and rose again and took all our sin upon himself. He now sits at the right hand of God making intercession for you, me, and all mankind. Your part is to receive by faith all He has done. He was the only One who could satisfy the claim of justice by becoming the living sacrifice for sin.

The new birth (being born again) is the only way you access heaven and all God’s supernatural power for success in life. After you’re born again, you need to be filled with the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking in tongues. It is a supernatural gift of God and a supernatural communication with Him (See Acts 1:8, Act chapter 2, 1 Cor chapter 14).

According to scripture we are “..born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God which liveth and abideth forever.” (1 Peter 1:23). Your part is to study the scripture and learn how God has given us a record of His will, commands, and His love. In it you’ll find what you have in Christ and how to supernaturally live it out in your daily life.

Jesus gave His life for yours and that life is yours to access after Jesus becomes your Savior (Acts chapter 2). Everyone who receives Him as Savior and obeys Him can live, be prosperous, and successful in everything they do.

 

He gave us an abundant life which when lived according to His plan equals success. Now you know that God has supernaturally arranged for your success from the foundation of the world. Access it and live it fully every day.
